Debra Allard

Debra is the newest member of the MPA team and comes to us with over 20 years experience in customer service, public relations, marketing and event planning.

“Getting the job done and doing it right” is not new to Debra as she owned and operated, for over ten years, an environmental product company, KriStar Enterprises, Inc.(named after her two daughter’s Krista and Tara), located in Santa Rosa, CA.. She started the business out of her home as a sole employee and by the time she sold it she had over 50 employees and the company’s products were nationwide.

Debra’s background also includes recently working as an Executive Assistant for the City Manager for South Lake Tahoe, CA, and over ten years with Optical Coating Laboratory, Inc (currently JDS Uniphase) here in Sonoma County.    She volunteered in several associations and Rotary Clubs where she was responsible for their event planning and major fundraisers. 

In 2003 Debra was nominated and recognized as one out of ten Sonoma County Women In Industry recipients.  She has also won several outstanding achievement awards for her volunteer fundraising work for several Associations in Sonoma County.

Except for the past 4 years, Debra has resided in Santa Rosa, CA for over 25 years.
